Payment

How can I pay for my order ?

After you have confirmed your order, you will be directly redirected to  Worldpay secured payment interface where you will be able to pay by credit card. As soon as the payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email recapitulating your order.

How is the online payment made secure ?

You can make your purchase with complete confidence.

All card transactions are secured and encrypted to meet the highest standards of trust and protection on the internet. All information concerning your card transactions are directly transmitted and handled by our partner Worldpay, one of the world’s leading secure payment platform.

Shipping

Delivery time and costs

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

During the week following the launch of a collection, the average delivery can be prolonged up to 5 working days. The shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

We are doing our best for your order to reach you in the best time. We are also dependent on our transporter partners.

From France

Fringadine offers you the shipping cost everywhere in mainland France and assured by LA POSTE Colissimo Tracked

From United Kingdom

Fringadine offers you the shipping cost everywhere in United Kingdom with Royal Mail Signed.

In international

We deliver in most countries of the world. All shipments are made with Fedex, DHL or equivalent.

In countries outside UE, customs taxes can apply and are at your charge.

Return

Return :

The Buyer shall have a period of seven days from the receipt of the goods to return the products that do not meet his/her satisfaction, at his own expense. The Buyer shall return the product to MAHELTEX LTD by tracked delivery and should retain the tracking receipt until reception of the items, indicating his/her name and address and the reference number of his/her order. Items are to be returned in their original condition, complete with original packaging, labels… and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, worn, soiled, washed or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Exchange :

For any exchange, the customer should contact us using the contact form on the website www.fringadine.com by specifying his/her name and the reference of the order along with the new reference for the article required. The availability of the selected item will be confirmed by email. Upon receipt of the goods, provided that the conditions for Returns 7.1 are met, the new order will be sent at MAHELTEX LTD’s costs, if it is available. Otherwise, MAHELTEX LTD shall refund the amount of the returned items, excluding shipping.

Refund:

Upon receipt of the goods, MAHELTEX LTD is committed to refund the Buyer for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum period of 30 days by crediting the bank account having placed the order, provided that the conditions for Returns 7.1 are met.

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order ?

A customer account is necessary if you wish to place an order on the website: www.fringadine.com. To ensure the smooth process of your order, we need to process and collect some of your data ( shipping address, billing, orders history, delivery follow-up, return). This information is strictly confidential and will be used  solely in the context of  your commercial relationship with MAHELTEX LTD.

I lost my password,  what can I do?

Go on “My account” and select the link ” Lost password”. Then, all you have to do is enter your email address. In few minute, you will receive an email to initialise your password.

My login data does not work, what can I do ?

Make sure that the email address you enter is the same as the one you used when signing up. When you connect you will be asked to initialise your password. In few minute you will receive an email. You will be able to change your password in your customer account.  If you still have connection problems, please contact us using the  CONTACT form.

Choose the right size

Be assured that we will do our best to help you to choose the best size for you, according to your measurements. To do so, please refer to the size guide below.

The sizes indicated on the website are French sizes. The length of the dresses is 150 cm, from the shoulders to the bottom of the dress.

The length of the skirts and split skirts is 100 cm.

The dresses are cut in a way so as not to reveal the waist and rounder hips. If you have any doubt concerning the size you should order, please contact our customer support, who will be happy to help.

Place an order

My size is not available, what can I do ?

It may be that a product of the collection you wish to purchase is no longer available in your size. Our products are produced  in limited editions, however if a model is hugely popular and whenever possible, it would be restocked. Sign up to our newsletter to be kept up to date with new arrival.

 

Can I amend or cancel my order?

It will dependant on the progress of your order. We invite you to contact us using our CONTACT form we will be happy to answer to your questions.
